What do I need to know about entry fees and mailing payments?
Students are entered in the awards as soon as they upload work. The regional coordinator will mark the student submission status as Complete once submission form(s) and payment /Fee Waivers are received. Disregard the Incomplete status – it just means payment is on its way. Students are entered in the awards regardless of payment status.
Important terms: Student Entry / Entries – The written piece for judging. This is NOT mailed. Student Submission Form – A form that is created for each student entry; for example, if a student enters 5 poems, there will be 5 submission forms. Parents must sign submission forms.
