Alaysia Plair-Easton is a third-year graduate student in the Urban Education program at the University of Pittsburgh. Her area of focus isĀ  Black women and girls in urban educational spaces. She is currently reading Sing a Rhythm, Dance a Blues by Monique W. Morris. Alaysia is very excited to be one of the writing mentors this summer.
